It’s best to book your move at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during the peak moving season (summer). This gives us enough time to plan and accommodate your needs. However, if you’re moving on short notice, we may still be able to help—just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Our standard moving service includes loading, transportation, and unloading of your belongings. We also offer additional services such as packing/unpacking, disassembling/reassembling furniture, and providing moving supplies like boxes and tape. For long-distance moves, we can also provide storage solutions if needed. Let us know if you have any specific requirements, and we’ll tailor our services to suit your needs.
We take great care in handling your belongings, but in the unlikely event something is damaged, we offer coverage options. Our basic coverage is included with every move, and you can opt for additional insurance for high-value items. If an item is damaged, we will guide you through the claims process to ensure you are compensated accordingly.
It’s not mandatory to be there for the entire move, but we recommend being present at least during the beginning to provide instructions and at the end to ensure everything is placed where you want it. If you can’t be there, just let us know in advance, and we can arrange for a trusted person to oversee the process or work with detailed instructions from you.
